Acceptance of Agreement

You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third parties.

We recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers and members and have established this Privacy Policy as a result. We gather personal information to allow us to process your orders and to inform you of special offers and discounts. We DO NOT trade, rent or sell our lists to others.

Purchase Related Policies

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Products Order

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THIS SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on this Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from a supplier, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product or service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your use of the Site. You also agree to indemnify us for any loss, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.

Disputes

With respect to any dispute regarding the Site, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Georgia. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Georgia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of our affiliates, partners or licensors, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in any such court. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Delivery Timing and Rates

Shipments will normally be sent via USPS Express or Priority Service. Fee is based on shipment weight, which is determined by using the USPS calculator linked to the site. These shipment rates apply to the 50 United States. We ship orders within the United States and Canada.

Orders are shipped on business days Monday through Friday except holidays.

P.O. Box Orders cannot be accepted.

Sales Tax will be applied to any shipments in Georgia & Florida where Dead Sea Treasure LLC offices are located. This will automatically be added to your invoice from Dead Sea Treasure.

Back Orders

If a product is back ordered you will be notified by customer service along with availability date. Out-of-stock items are usually checked as on back order on the website.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with a Rivage product, you may return the unused portion of the product within 15 days from the shipping date, for a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund of the purchase price, less a 10% re-stocking fee and any shipping that may apply.

Unfortunately the original and return shipping fees cannot be refunded. Contact us at orders@rivageusa.net for return address and more information.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your products promptly. Any damaged item must be reported 7 days after the product has been received for the claim with UsPS to be made and a new item shipped. Contact us at orders@rivageusa.net for return address and more information.
